Can I switch between Excel and PowerPoint courses mid-subscription? 
Absolutely. Your "All-Access Mastery" pass allows you to jump between any of our Microsoft 365 libraries at any time. Your progress is saved independently for each track, so you never lose your spot.
Do the courses include actual Microsoft Office software?
We provide the training environment and practice files. While we do not provide full Microsoft 365 licenses, our platform includes web-based "Sandboxes" for select intermediate modules where you can practice directly in the browser.
How long does it take to get certified?
Most students complete a full mastery path (e.g., Excel Expert) in 4 to 6 weeks. However, the platform is self-paced, so you can move as fast or as slow as your schedule permits.
Are there group discounts for corporate teams?
Yes, we offer specialized "Enterprise Mastery" plans for teams of 5 or more. These include centralized billing, progress reporting for managers, and private Q&A sessions with our lead instructors.
